I love me some movies.

After watching some movies with B & A that they had gotten from Netflix, I thought I'd might try it. It seems like a pretty good deal. If you watch at least 3 movies a week (which is only about as fast as I can get 'em, watch 'em, and send 'em back), that 12 movies a month at the low price of $22(ish). Not half bad considering the Blockbuster in town is anywhere from $2-something to almost $4.50 per movie. And they have EVERYTHING. New releases (which you can save movies that are coming out in theater now to get them later), old movies, classics, horror, indie, anything you can imagine.

I currently have 118 movies in my queue. Whenever I'm done with one I send it back and they send me the next one on my list. If i can watch 3 movies a week (as stated above), I can finish that list in 10 months; but that list doesn't include movies I've seen recently and would like to see again (such as K-19 and The Passion), or movies that I saw as a kid and would like to see again for kicks and giggles (i.e., Big Trouble in Little China, Baby Boom, and Curly Sue). I should be getting Miracle today and here's my next ten:

House of Sand and Fog
Night at the Roxbury
Thirteen Days
Far from Heaven
Welcome to Mooseport
Mystic River
In America
Lost in Translation
Catch Me If You Can
Something's Gotta Give

BTW, if you want to try it go to the netflix link above and enter "friend60" where it says to enter code and click 'redeem'. i think you get 2 weeks free.

Clean Films works much the same way, except they're "movies that have been edited for content to remove nudity and sexual situations, offensive language, and graphic violence".
