McCain's memory is so impaired he can't remember back to 2001 and 2003. He's all excited about starting a war with the "USSR". Too bad he doesn't know, one has to be President first and get authority from Congress. Oh facts and laws get in the way of McCain's addled mind.

This statement! Jesus, there's still such a disconnect between the Republicans and reality. How this guy is within a couple of points of Obama, I can't explain.
