unCANventional Ball 2009
![]()
The 2009 unCANventional Ball is coming February 7th! Celebrating art and architecture, local middle school students, architects, and engineers will partner to create structures using canned foods that will then be donated to the Chattanooga Area Foodbank.
And by structures, I mean giant things like this.
The event is presented by the AIA, located at the Hunter, goes from 7-11, cost $40, and tickets are limited.
More information (including purchasing your tickets) can be found on the unCANventional website (designed along with all the unCAN artwork by CX designterninja Stephen Bush). There's also a Facebook event.

I have tickets for the Ball but don't have a clue what to wear. They are not specific enough. I've never been before and don't want to look odd. Can you please help. One place says Masquerade Ball and another says casually festive, I don't know what that is. Thanks

Dress code is, according to the people heading up unCAN:
"Unconventional! Costumes, jeans and t-shirt, tuxes, dresses etc."
