67 lbs down. Recently at Fitness Together I've been focusing a lot of form, being fascinated to learn that there are efficient / proper ways in which to do various "exercise" and natural body motions to maximize strength and minimize the risk of injury. It's like having good posture, but damn difficult.
Looking forward to not having an additional 40 lbs of weight to carry around.
Today's workout, each 4 exercise set X2
1 KB Swing
2 KB High row
3 KB Double clean and press
4 1/2 Turkish get up
1 MB Push ups
2 MB Self toss with chest pass
3 MB Sit up
4 MB Lunge press
1 DB Thrusters
2 DB Bench
3 DB Close grip press
4 DB One arm row
15 minutes elliptical
