The Filthy Fifty
Of the various circuits I do at FT, this one is probably my favorite. It's another timed circuit: 10 exercises, 50 reps each. I like to finish it off with a 3-5 minute plank. Enjoy the endorphins.
1. Box Jumps
2. Pull-ups
3. Dumbbell / Kettle-bell Swing
4. Lunges
5. Medicine Ball Sit-ups
6. Thrusters
7. Supermans
8. Wall Ball Toss
9. Crunches
10. Burpees
You can do a number of things to increase the difficulty. Lunge presses w/ weight, long jump burpess, a heavier medicine ball, etc.
