Hurt So Good
FT rocked today like Crucial Taunt. I'm already having a difficult time walking.
Routine was 10 rounds of 5 exercises, timed. They were:
5 push-ups
10 pull-ups
15 squats
20 sit-ups
On the final round you double the reps. I could only manage 25 sit-ups.
North Shore Yoga is having it's Grand Opening on the 27th.
The bizarre Indian midget-dancing phenomenon continues:

Good energizing routine! I need to get off my butt and do some exercise too :)
