52, ecocourier, Tomato Soup

I promised Julian I'd blog about my progress at Fitness Together when I hit the halfway mark. My goals have changed, so technically I'm not quite there. As it stands I've lost a bit over 52 lbs. through diet, exercise, and a great team at FT who beats the crap out of me (or "Keeps Me Accountable") 5 days at week. I can't stress enough how much of it is about the people at FT. They're fitness priests & instead of Hail Mary's the tools of their absolution are 20 Burpies & the 5 minute plank.

It's a sacrifice of time and money, but it'll change your life.

A couple of friends are involved with a new bike-messenger service here in town called ecocourier. Their prices are awesome. The Times Free Press ran an article about them in today's paper.

I hate tomato soup. I loved Easy Bistro's Heirloom Tomato Soup. Get it while it's still in season.

How does that Stickey Fingers meal on Sunday night fit into this FT plan?
