Artamajig 2K8
Of the many organization fundraiser held each year, Artamajig is one of my favorites. Low-key, great food, great wine, and great art all to benefit an organization, the AEC, that does so much (with so little) to help with arts & culture education in greater Chattanooga. When you have a school system as dysfunctional as ours, it's orgs like AEC (and PEF, CHC, and CDM etc.) that pick up the slack.
The event is Thursday July 24th from 6 - 8:30 and is hosted at Tanner Hill Gallery. More info can be found here.
