Girl Talk - "Feed The Animals"

girltalkalbum.jpgGirl Talk kicked out his new album, "Feed the Animals" today, with no fanfare, and he took the whole Radiohead "pay what you want" route. For $5+ you can get it in FLAC lossless format, and for $10+ they'll send you a CD too. Snag it here.

The album if worth whatever you do or do not pay if only for the crazy mash-up of Lil' Wayne's "Lollipop" with Red Hot Chili Pepper's "Under the Bridge". Also dig that Girl Talk lets the mashups soak a bit longer than he did with his previous album, Night Ripper, which switched songs at a blistering pace.

Coming up with my price I kept flashing back to those old Time Life music collection infomercials that would always ask you to imagine how much you would have to pay for all the albums that you would need to buy for a collection of singles like this.

Just imagine all the albums one would need to buy to compose just one Girl Talk track.
