The "Small Liberal Arts" College

from "In This Kind Of Love, As Emerson Said, Do You Love Me? Means Do You See The Same Truth?" by Dan Carlson

"Because the biggest problem facing my alma mater is the misconception that there's something special about the school or the place, when it's the people you can meet there. It's an understandable problem, but still a stupid one reflective of a mindset that building improvements will make a church better."

boom, that's pretty good. I was talking to a guy from a sister church of ours here in atl and he was like, so what made covenant a good school for you?

I said, "really it was the people, the education was ok, its helped me be a better person and helped me to grow immensely, didn't help me get a job, but the thing that the helped the most and was the most amazing was the people and friends i made there."
