re: Stringer's Ridge. Historic preservation and an increase in population density are (generally speaking) good things. They are not mutually exclusive. When people talk about a development having an adverse effect on their neighborhood, they should explain why, and when they can't (or wont) we should remember why we have experts like those at the RPA in the first place.
