The Economic Waste of "Politics As Usual"

The first warning sign of political corruption is when a candidate decides to run. Why him/her? Ron Littlefield ranted against his opposition in the last mayoral election as being the "chosen candidate" of a particular community, but I'll take someone who's been pushed to the fore by his/her family, friends, and colleagues over a corrupt career politician with deep-seated sense of entitlement.

Beyond the Mayor, this too is the story of Marti Rutherford, who continues to waste taxpayer dollars with frivolous lawsuits and counter-lawsuits. She's been caught with her hand in the cookie jar and she ought to have the class & the necessary respect for the office to step down.

Also, I have a room available for rent; Marti, I'm holding it for you.
