Vanessa Mercer, a good friend and colleague, has announced that she will be stepping down from her role as Executive Director of Crabtree Farms to start a family. The search committee has just been formed and we are hoping you can help share this posting with the best and brightest candidates both near and far who share a passion for local food and urban farming. The farm serves a critical role in our community of bringing fresh, organic, local produce to our citizens and sharing the message about the importance of our local food-shed. We all know the importance of leadership in emerging organizations and Crabtree's future will rest in the hands of an energetic, innovative, and creative new director.
