It didn't take long. Thanks to Billy Blades for recommending a great (and obvious in hindsight) song for the Manny Rico Sparkler photo.

That's pretty much the happiest thing ever. I think anytime Chattanooga is ever having any troubles, or folks are scrappin' over parking or the homeless or cell towers or whether or not Curtis Adams will finally get his GED, we should all just have a sparkler. Manny Rico is the emotional center of this fine city.
