that's a great post title, man. i flipped on the page, and it looks just like those sites you land on when you accidentally enter a web site wrong. it looks real, but all it is is a big pile of links to something slightly associated with what you were looking for.

Inside Services is terrible. The company I currently work for contracted them to build our sites, and not only is the aesthetic design absolutely terrible, but the site architecture is a total mess.
The City of Chattanooga seems to be the only thing keeping them in business.

Is that an "official" city website? It looks like something that just points you to actual city sites. Or what daniel said about a landing page when you enter a web address wrong.

From I.S.'s website:
"The new usability concept holds that navigation a website should be self-evident..."
This is after the part about how I.S. can write effective content for your website. Ai yi yi...

Man, if only I knew that the city of Red Bank had such an impressive spread on its webpage, I wouldn't have moved away. The city manager Billy could've made things easier and just listed his hotmail account at the bottom of the first page.
Seriously, if I was in office over in Red Bank, I would be sure to get a picture of the high school track on the website. That's one of the best things they have going.
