Ruby Rock Grotto

Had lunch today at the Ruby Rock Grotto, across from Hoppy's in the St. Elmo Business District. It was really, really good. I had a massive meatball sub, though calling it a sub is really unfair. Fresh bread, good meat, good cheese. Did I mention it was large? Andy had a chicken salad sandwich that he said was delightful.

The whole thing was quite a pleasant surprise. Along with their food being good, the inside was setup fairly well. My only two concerns are that they definitely need a better sign outside and they need to start using Niedlovs.

I had that very same sandwich two weeks ago on the recommendation of the waiter. Great food!
