Chattanooga Riverboat Gambling?

I just got a call from someone who heard one of the tennessee river taxi guys say that the owners of that new big barge are trying to get the Cherokee Nation to come it and setup a small casino there.

Now this is all second hand, but it's amusing nonetheless. Anyone heard anything along those lines?
