The Apocalypse Will Be on Video Chat

Hill on Wheels Rally

A new feature on my Macbook that I've gotten addicted to is the built in video camera, which integrates with iChat (and jabber/gchat) to allow video conferencing. Last night I hopped online and I saw that Rob was online, and next thing you know he, I, and our wives were having a good chuckle over the wonders of new technology.

I've gotten quite a few e-mails about the article about Coptix in last Saturday's Times Free Press. Unfortunately, the TFP makes you pay to see an article a couple days old, so you can read a scan of it here.

So yep, the Hill on Wheels scooter rally was this weekend. It was absolutely wonderful. For the big ride on Saturday we had around 90 scooters tearing around town and Racoon Mtn.

I managed to win some sweet schwag at the raffle on Saturday night at Lamar's. Amongst other things I scored a PBR truckers hat, which Julian has been stealing from me since he rolled into town.

Vincent and Kiko's wedding is this weekend and it promises to be the even of the summer.
