I can't watch YouTube from work due to the corporate filters, so I'm responding to your question w/o having seen the video (if you're asking a sarcastic question then ignore this). There's a guy who has been pushing for an official sarcasm font for several years, which is basically a reverse italics. Personally, I think it kind of destroys the beauty of sarcasm to call it out with a font (or *...*), though on the flip side it's harder to identify in writing vs. speech.
