I've gotten a few e-mails about this already, but yes, that's April & I with members of the Hill City United Scooter Club on the big billboards being featured in Krystal restaurants. HCUSC member Steve who works here must be credited with the hookup.

Today at Coptix we had something of a Crumpler Christmas, thanks to another hookup. I managed to snag a dang sweet "Considerable Embarassment" bag on the ridiculously cheap, which fits my new Macbook perfectly. It looks just like the bag pictured here, only green. D wants to be like me so he got the same one.

I'm compelled to tell you of the Acappella Sufjan video here.

I'm also up and rocking with my new Macbook. It's wonderful. It's fast. The screen is so dang bright. I'm retiring the old Powerbook. It's had a great two year run. Is it wrong that I'm calling my new Macbook "Kitsch" , the same name as both my cat and my old Powerbook?

Finally, if you've made it this far, I need to throw another recommendation out there for Ty and the guys with True Shine handyman. They've been absolutely amazing with the work on my house. If you need any handyman / contracting-lite type work done, by all means call Ty 505-4946

Which MacBook did you score? I'm sure happy with mine. I just installed my AirPort Extreme tonight, so I'm talkin to ya cordless.

Holtie/Joe,

The old Powerbook will either be Rosser's new workstation or, coupled with a flat panel, will be a workstation for a new graphic designer. We're not quite sure yet.

My Macbook isn't the 2ghz model, I got the 1.83. The 2 ghz was out of stock, and well, I'm rather impatient. I did snag 2 gigs of RAM though. Runs like a dream!

And Joe, gratz on getting an airport extreme. It's a beautiful thing!
