MX Missiles

Zeldman cracks me up sometimes. He calls his take on Web 2.0 "Fair & Balanced", but in the same article describes his relationship with such a "full blown hate-on". At least he's up-front with his baises; grains of salt, natch.

I've been promised a pre-release mockup or two of the new Covenant alumni directory. So stay tuned. From what I hear, despite my fallacious contentions to the contrary, they've got a good thing in the works. Soon we can be an insular community online too! Or are we that already? If the net can help us find Sweetbuns, then it will forever remain a good thing in my book.

There's a little fundraising gig going on for Jade Alger to buy him a guitar. Jade without a guitar is an alien concept to me, much like the idea of Jade bathing on a regular basis, or Jade not showing up in my room at 4 in the morning and climbing into bed with Keith Riley. The earth is off its axis and we have a responsibility to set it aright. I think you can get in contact with Joe Staven here.

Also, Jade and Jana are returning to Chatt in early Feb. We're having a party to celebrate on feb 11 at 7:00 at my house. Everyone come and bring something (it's a potluck) and greet Jade and Jana.

Hey Josiah-
This is completely off topic, but do you think you could find the latest Sufjan song that's been playing on the wawl for download like you found the xmas album?
or direct me to where to find it?
thanks, brynne

Are you going to be in the alumni directory?

I think Zeldman is just trying to remain relevant to web design discussion. His book and ideas were a great inspiration to many designers, but he really hasn't said anything in a while.
