The South Will Rise Again

M-to-the-T sent this trailer (quicktime download) to me for a zombie movie set in the South entitled "The South Will Rise Again".

Looks funny...I think. I'll certainly see it and I'm very interested in seeing what it contributes to the zombie canon, or if it sheds any light on the various discussions on zombies occuring.

MAT also finished my new theme song. That guy is a genius.

Holy Tarnation. That's awesome. The trailer set me up for an unholy admixture of Deliverance, Evil Dead, and Ghost Dog: Way of the Samurai forming their own Frankenstinian Dirty South monster movie, produced by Trey Parker & Matt Stone.

"Karate ain't about kicking ass, it's about right 'n wrong."
"But when his brother's meth lab explodes...'well he ain't dead, but he ain't alive...'"

If only Bubba Sparxx and the RZA could do the soundtrack, with Kid Rock and Bruce Campbell guesting.
