Thrice Tunes

Each spring, for whatever reason, one song comes to be the definitive (notice the lack of an "a" Derek!) song for that particular spring. Past songs have included James' "Sometimes" and Robert Earl Kean's "Feeling Good Again". This year its a song off the new New Order album called "Krafty". It's rather amazing and reminds of "Temptation". So by all means, pick it up off iTunes.

I'm also enjoying the new single "Devils & Dust" by Bruce Springsteen. It's like a mashing of his Ghost of Tom Joad folk with his "The Rising" arranging. Good stuff.

And its somewhat of a guilty pleasure, but the "Sitting, Waiting, Wishing" by Jack Johnson has such a sweet springtime groove I just can't stop playing it.

For me, it's leaning toward The Go! Team's "Panther Dash."
