Kerry Concedes
Well, its all over. CNN is reporting that Kerry has conceded the election to President Bush.
Well. It's over then. On with life.
On er, addendum would be that the "Rock the Vote" campaign wasn't able to statistically increase its youth voter turnout from the last election. 17% of 18-30 year olds voted in the last election, and it was the same this year.

I think that is misleading. Since overall voter turnout was substatially higher, the fact that young voter turnout stayed at the same percentage, does mean that the young voter turnout increased. I think their "Rock the Vote" campaign succeeded.
