New Blogger Old Amigo

Alot of you Covenant folks might remember Pablo Varela. Well, he's got a blog now, "Mostly Smart, There's Less Competition".

My fondest memory of Pablo, was in one of our early ICS classes, it might have been 150. We were on a team together, along with Ben & Renkema (who really needs to blog). We were doing this giant fractals quizzer program in java, and we decided to go over the top and do this whole crazy gui with division and scoring on the fly bla bla bla. Well, Pablo spent most of his time building this massive animated gif scrolling credits for the end of the program. I was quite hilarious, and it got us in a bit of trouble for all the drug references and for the dissing of other teams.

ok, no more memory lane

I failed java... stupid randy and his power point. I mean come on its a simple equation: Lights go off = Chris go sleep----not my fault the class was always dark and in the morning. There's no justice for me in this country

Chris, there's this little thing called caffiene, preferably consumed in large quantities. There's a reason I graduated college with a major caffiene addiction, and it wasn't from pulling all nighters. Between the Mello Yello required to keep me awake in class and the triple white chocolate mochas required to keep my brain focused on ICS textbooks, I basically spent four years with a constant buzz.

Me too. For different reasons, but still...

Chris, im with you. I tried coffee, coke, candy, eating, and drawing, and nothing worked. (maybe i should have smoked) I slept through many ICS classes. Most of our classes weren't even in the morning though. There's nothing like waking up in class with a drool stain on your shirt.
