21st Century Waterfront Contractors

I've only been involved in one construction project, which is the restoration of the building housing new Coptix offices. On that project alone, we've got $10K+ in billing wierdness, not out of neglect on part of the contractor, subs, architect, engineer, and landlord, but because of the numerous project variables and the difficulties of clear communication amongst so many parties.

That the single financial discrepancy of the 21st Century Waterfront amounted to $7,390 is remarkable. We have one architect and one contractor working on our building. The 21st Century Waterfront had fifty.

That the Mayor and failed-accountant Dan Johnson would use this against the Corker administration is hypocritical at best.
