Durty Nelly's is Closing
Info is posted in the scrolling ticker on their website. Looks like they're selling everything, including the stuff on the walls. It was the first bar I drank at in Chattanooga, and for the longest time, my favorite. I never liked the change from being an actual pub to being some kind of family dinner joint.

From what I've gathered, there was some real mischief behind its transition/decline.
I will miss the pre-2000 incarnation.

Yes and that change to being...ick...more family friendly, killed it.
Loved that place more than any other place in town, then they killed the white chili, then it became yellow then for some reason it became yuppified....
So then, is Murphy's Ale House the replacement?

I loved that place. The fried pickels were amazing
