After an enjoyable discussion in the office on the matter, here are my other favorite songs from the year, two of which were released thirty or so years ago, which I don't care about because I loved them this year.

Kayne West's "Stronger"? Do you mean Daft Punk with him grunting "uh huh" on top of it?

I'm fairly certain Daft Punk wouldn't have a problem with Kanye doing a little sampling, but I'm guessing your problem is with Kanye's rapping, which, I suppose if Daft Punk had a problem with that they wouldn't have used it in a couple of their Alive shows.

Both came from great albums in '07.
