Tomorrow is April's 26th birthday. Last night was the now-traditional voyage out to the Canyon Grill for dinner. The image at the left was taken with her present, a new 50mm f1.4 Nikkor lens for her digital SLR.
The pictures it takes are pretty fantastic. I haven't had a chance to see the pictures April didn't upload, but like her, this is my fav.

Welcome to 26, April! I've enjoyed it a great deal more than 25, personally. I'd enjoy it even more if you and your lesser half would wander out west for a visit...

I actually have been mentally resisting this birthday. So I hope it is a good year, after all. And if it is one that includes seeing you, then it will be great!
