Manny Rico on the Ropes
My hope is that this is the beginning of a series of photos of our various City Councilmen & Councilwomen jumping rope. Heck, I'd love to see photos of the Council involved in some kind of group activity, like dodgeball or duck-duck-goose.
If life is ever getting you down, do what everyone in Manny's district does: have a sparkler.
In the meantime, I think this is enough to kickoff the first ever Chattanooga Politics Photo-Caption Contest. To the winner goes some random schwag off my desk.

Chattanooga City Councilman and well-known Yogic Flyer, Manny Rico exhibits his ability to float while performing deep Transcendental Meditation. To avoid damaging the ceiling tiles, he was required to hold on to a tether the entire time.
