Google Apps
Google today announced their "Google Apps" package, which is pretty much all their free tools rolled together with a bunch of perks, for $50 a year.
I can't speak to the legitimacy of the Google system on an enterprise level, but I will say that for Coptix and for the handful of clients we've recommended it to, the Google suite of applications are virtually flawless in ease of use and execution. I haven't touched Office in something like a year and will never do so again. Coptix is more or less run off the seamless integration of gcal with gdocs.
If Google can develop some kind of bug-tracking and/or project management tool (heck, even timesheets) that integrates with gmail, gcal, and gdocs and then they stick it all in a server that business can purchase and run locally, my guess is that it'd truly be the beginning of the end of Microsoft.
