Great Webstats
Having been somewhat frustrated with Google Analytics (very powerful for large e-comm sites, not so much for blogs), I started searching for a free website statistics program that provided the following three things:
1. a total list of referrals starting with the most recent
2. a total list of search queries starting with the most recent
3. totally live stats (I hate waiting till the next day to see reports)
I've gotta say, I love W3Counter. It's quick, free, and fairly robust. For my needs it meets them all. Until you start talking about analysing traffic sources and evaluating paths & conversion rates, it'll more than do the job.
