On Andy's recommendation I also picked up a few tracks from Adem 2004 release, "Homesongs", and they're also great. I'll probably grab the whole thing later this week.
Finally, Kiko took some pics of the bonfire & lawn bowling extravaganza held this weekend at Dixon's. I'm particularly fond of this pic of Ryan looking eerily like Will Oldham. And of course, Kiko in motion.

ironically, i was at this bonfire later in the evening and met april. you were at a bar watching michigan football. i said, "i know your husband, but only through the internet." that's a funny thing to say.

Way to make me feel totally depressed. Apparently Adem was in Toronto this Thursday and I completely missed him. Next time you need to get on the ball with your recommendations.
