Sufjan Stevens Austin City Limits
Sufjan Stevens played Austin City Limits yesterday, where he busted out a new(?) song Majesty Snowbird, a clip of which you can watch here. The song, what I've heard of it, is amazing. I'm doing some digging. Hopefully I can snag a pre-release (if it's going to be released).
Anyways, the show is rumored to play the first week of November. So I'll be checkin' local WTCI listings.

Thanks for the heads up. Someone at the Dallas show said Sufjan said he's working on a series of songs about birds. Maybe he's doing an album about birds next?

Cool, I'll have to set the DVD recorder for that. I'm headed down to the Fox tomorrow night for the show. Maybe he'll play that new song. You going to be there, too?

The Sufjan show was great last night. Although, my students are paying the price this morning for their teacher has heavy bags under his eyes. Good seeing Scott and Katie last night. Sorry I missed you Chris! Are paths will cross again one day soon...
