I filled up my gas tank this weekend for around $3. Dave's right, do your wallet a favor a get a scooter.

Well, some of us had a scooter (until it got run over by a drug-dealer).

The drug dealer should have to pull a rickshaw for you.

I'm sort of with you - I paid $65 to fill up my F-150 this weekend. Of course I can carry thousands of pounds in my truck (and needed to this weekend). What's your scooter rated for? :)

Yeah, if gas tops $3/gallon this summer, I might be looking for alternate modes of transportation as well. Though, what do you do in the rain?

Get wet?

my commute, along with josiah's, isn't much to speak of so a bit of rain normally doesn't matter.
however, torrential downpours or slippery roads would - and since I'd like to be there for my kids, I drive the car or take the bus.

So why don't you share your Kawasaki story with everyone? Like how the monster truck ran over it and almost got you too!

Well, it's an ongoing story really. The recount of which is told here.
