A Request To All Chattanoogans!
So basically we really need a craigslist. Craigslist is pretty much the ultimate-on-steroids free online classifieds system. Atlanta's got one now and so does nashville, knoxville, and birmingham. I think its time we've got one of our own.
SO, the only thing you CAN do to help get a craigslist of our own is to go to the Craigslist Feedback Forum, register, and make a post stating that you want a craigslist in Chattanooga.
Please do it! I think it'll be an awesome for The Noog.

craigslist is amazing. i've bought my life on it (plus a few hot concert tickets).

You can also collect emails from a bunch of interested people, and send 'em to Jim@craigslist.org
The main driver of new sites is being welcomed to a city.

wow, a comment from Craig himself! Craigslist is amazing. I use the DC version all the time. Folks should definitely try to get one in C-Vegas.
