A Few Words On This Years College Football Chaos

I've been silent on the matter for most of this years season, largely because I feel like a small child, dark theatre, no parents, what the heck is going on?!?

Michigan is like a giant car wreck. Lloyd Carr is attempting a Joe Paterno run at old-age incompetent coaching but remaining unfireable. Half the guys are injured, or, get injured, return 2 games later, only to reaggravate the previous injury. Henne has developed an evil twin: "Evil Henne". Suddenly Rivas can't hit a field goal to save his life. I swear, this is heart wrenching. I simply have no idea what to expect from Michigan when I turn the TV on each Saturday. I'm confused.

And it's not like the rest of college football isn't completely nuts either. Sure you've got the obvious 1-2 of USC & Texas, but the SEC (Alabama excepted) can't stop figuring out ways to upset, same thing goes for the Big 10, Oregon in the top 25? Four undefeated Pac 10 teams, and we all know the Pac 10 is a joke conference. Is West Virginia making a run at things? FSU 5-1, when their O is nearly as scary as Penn States? I just can't make sense of things. So this is what I'm doing:

Michigan, just beat Ohio State. Feel free to lose to *cough*, Indiana if you will. Just find some magic between now and then, stick it in your pocket, and let it all out against Tressel.

In the meantime I'm crossing my fingers for Georgia to win the SEC, and I'm also keeping a soft spot in my heart for 'Bama. Its just so great to see an old, formerly dominant program scrappin' its way to the top again. I've got respect for those guys and Shula Jr. all over the place.

That's it. Time to pack.

Josiah,

How do we get two screen names on our blog?
Could we change it from "B&B" to "Bo" and "Brynne" Thanks!

The 'Noles are 5-0, not 5-1. Don't mess with FSU. The Team of the Nineties isn't dead yet...just as long as I keep saying my "Hail Bobbys."

Thanks for the Bama love.
