Streaming The Relief Effort
I found this link to a live stream of the Louisiana National Guard scanner and you can hear the military coordinating between state police, local authorities, FEMA and talking about everything from where to find gas, requests for status reports on Cherry Hospital and The Superdome, and talking about having to leave areas due to "pillaging" etc.
Even talking about "sending a team of special forces to secure that hospital"
unreal.
From the national guardsman's radios, over the airwaves to a scanner, onto a server, streamed over the internet to Coptix, over the wi-fi to my computer, then back out over the wi-fi to our Airport Express to the office speaker system.

Could the various WW2 "Ducks" here in Chattanooga and around the SE be used to evacuate people?
