Maize & Blue Blogs

This is pretty much only for Brent, Sweet, and my Dad, since I think they're the only other Michigan fans who read my blog (and I'm not sure Sweet does anyways).

Here's a list of the top 3 Michigan Football blogs I've found. They're absolutely packed with great stuff.

iBlog for Cookies
Big House Football
mgoblog

I wasted probably 5 hours this weekend reading those blogs.

In other related news, DVD of the '91 Michigan v. Ohio State game finally arrived from Art Vuolo. Art is a saint. I placed my order, asked if he had the game on DVD in my order e-mail, and he called me 15 minutes later and we chatted MU football for 30 minutes. Then he sat down for three hours and transfered the whole game from Beta to DVD, along with editing out the commercials. The guy is, like I said, a saint.

OH, and the '91 Michigan v. Ohio State game is the famous "Heisman Howard" game where Desmond Howard ran a punt return back for 93 yards and then struck the pose in the end zone. The move was fortuitious; he won the Heisman a few weeks later.

Just to refresh your memory, bro--I'm a Michigan fan and I read your blog. I just spent the whole morning catching up on your posts after three long weeks in the hospital (I think I might start a campaign to get wi-fi in our hospital, considering all the time I've spent there in the last year).

It's a lot of info to take in all at once--I sure did miss it, among lots of other things. It is so, so good to be home.

Hey, how can I not be U of M fan? I was born in Ann Arbor and my blood pumps blue!!! Gonna be another exciting season. Michigan has so much great talent returning. Now what is a great season for Michigan. I define it by whooping both Notre Dame and Ohio State -- in that order. GO BLUE!!!!

Go Irish! (thank you for having a post that gives me an opportunity to say that)

That said, don't whoop them too badly.
