Week 2 Complete

Although this has technically been my first full week of training, its still sorta week 2. Regardless, I figured I'd throw down some thoughts on the whole "workout" thing.

While the whole experience approaches (by intent) ones physical limits on a regular basis, including the subsequent "pain" that comes with such exertion, I can't stress enough how good it feels to know that three times a week I'm going to go 105% physically. To be fair, I'm still a big, soft wimp, but the whole process has given me a certain confidence that even if all is not well appropriate measures are being taken to rectify the situation.

I also can't stress how much of my "comfort" with the entire scenario is due to Kyle & the incredible work Julian has put into making the Fitness Together environment both post and comfortable. I positively look forward to my second shower of the day post-workout and the view from the cardio room of the walking bridge, coolidge, the Hunter, the entire riverfront is pretty much second to none in the city. (I've gotta do something about that website though, geez its bad).

Well I've still got alot of work to catch up on, and I need to be home a bit early today for the shindig tonight at the house. Hope to see many of you there!
