Get Behind Me Satan
I'm listening to the new White Stripes album "Get Behind Me Satan". Somewhat different from previous albums, all strange percussions and lyrical darkness. I'm digging it though.
Tomorrow is my birthday. I woke up this morning and thought it was today. So did April. Bizarre. Unfortunately I'm going to be in Monroe all day tomorrow.
I'm about to collapse from working out this morning. I pretty much went through the last 20 minutes with my eyes closed. Its funny, its like I hit this strange, almost asleep like state where my ability to complete a set was tied completely to my mental state vs. my physical abilities. As in, there was no emotional in-between. It was just me, what I needed to do, and my collapsing body. All I could do was say "fine, lets do five more" or "I think I'm having a heart attack".
The FitnessTogether facilities are also really swank. Massive tile bathrooms and shower stalls and fancy smancy olive oil shampoo. Plus its been cool meeting all the people who also work-out there. Their website is a bit cheesy, but that's solvable.
Well, I'm going to go get a big glass of water.
Also, for some reason cigarettes are rapidly loosing their appeal. I'm not sure wassup with that. I still stand by their central virtues, but there's a time for everything.

Couple comments; couple questions.
First, happy birthday. Second, I was considering my post "Josiah might be right...etc," and wanted to make sure you know that I was referencing your statement, nothing more. IE: I hope I did not come off as of treating you or your statement in a negative light. Except, of course, where I disagree with the argument made. Too many words now, perhaps I had better quit before making it worse.
Question: Is it possible for me to download my entire blog site, comments and all, and save it to my hard drive? IE: I only want the text.

Dood, I smoked those cigs for 10 years, but am heading quickly toward the 10-year mark of being without them. Much better on this side, I'm happy to say EVEN THOUGH I UNDERSTAND ABOUT THE VIRTUES. There, that feels better. Yeah.

I heard on NPR this morning that Jack and Meg will be guests on Fresh Air tonight at 7:00.
BTW, I've been blacklisted from Chattablogs at home again. This time it was after commenting on Rob's blog. It seems like if I preview a comment a couple times -- preview, revise, preview and post -- that I get put on the banned IP list.
