The Prince and Me

I haven't had much time for blogging this week. Work is running full-tilt. With Andy leaving us it left a massive amount of work that had to get distributed amongst the gang. It hasn't been easy. Company unity is at an all-time high. Mark and I chat in trips back n' forth to meetings, talking family, faith, and how his son's butt-crack matches his own. He even gave me a kiss on the cheek at the end of the trip after we got emotional about man-boobs. Seriously though, it's ridiculous sometimes how folks just kinda seem to fit.

Jeff made it real clear to me early on he's only ever hired people when it seemed to be nothing else but an act of God's sovereignty. I know that everything is an act of God's sovereignty, but thus far it's amazing how folks can seemingly come out of nowhere and be close to perfect. Huffine, Stephen, Weaver, Mark, Brent, and now Ron.

So I suppose I should let everyone know: Ron is coming to work at Coptix. He's moving up here from Vicksburg with his family. They're hoping to live in St. Elmo, so if any of you folks know of a two bedroom place with washer n' dryer hookups, let me know, or, let Ron know on his blog.

I have something to confess: last night April rented The Prince & Me, well, April rented it for a little romantic comedy fix. She hanted it, I stopped working, and, well, kinda got into it. There. I said it. Do commence with the lambasting.
