Schneider TM
Ol Beckersly is outta town this weekend on Kiko's magical birthday camping trip to Savannah, so he hooked a brutha up with his x-box & halo 2. Me and Langhornio are gonna game some tomorrow and do a little work, iBook/Powerbook style at Greyfriars.
So when I swung by Beck/Horners house to pick it up tonight, I heard so oh so subtle grooves, some oh so subtle blip-hop grooves. Ben, ever the concerted indie-rocker, was playing a group called Schneider TM and their most recent album Zoomer. So I did what any sensible follower of said indie sage Ben Horner would do, I immediately went home and snagged the album.
It's solid, oh so bizarrely solid. I can't get past the first song, "Reality Check" which you can download here. It's great.
Also checkout this page, it's got all sorts of other Schneider TM "Zoomer" goodies.
Of course, being late on a friday night (no poker for me, exhausting week work-wise and emotionally-wise), most folks wont read this. For those of you that do, enjoy!

Wish you could have made it over Josiah. We ended up having roughly 12-15 people and three xboxes.
I'll try to work out another tournie that isn't so late...
