In Which E-Mail Remembers Me, Even if Tech Services Doesn't
yes, I'm still in Monroe, GA, working with the good people of Angel Food Ministries. I gotta say, they really are a fine bunchof of people committed to serving the Lord. They're taking good care of Stephen & I too. Hopefully Stephen will finish setting up server #2 in the next hour so he and I can get our behinds back to Chattanooga.
Funny story: I've protested a time or two concerning Covenant College's policy (or Tech Services policy depending on if you've got an Op-Ed stance on things) to shut down student's e-mail accounts once they leave the college or graduate. I used to have roeATcovenantDOTcom; and it served as my primary e-mail address for four and a half years till they got rid of it. It's the little things that make alumn relations so sweet eh?
WELL, my little sister Joanna is making her way to Covenant today in fact, and her e-mail account instead of being jroe or joroe or joaroe is roeATcovenantDOTedu, the same as my old one. So today she forwarded me a bunchof e-mails she's still gets at that account from various things like paypal and ebay and mailing lists that still go to that account after 2 years. The poor girl. In fact, its a little bit scary. I hope she doesn't get anything incriminating. Not that there would be...

That thing with e-mail accounts is funny, but irritating at the same time. Yeah, I would not be glad if my brother started to receive all my e-mails...
