Life as a Loser
Will Leitch has written his final Life as a Loser column. I thought if I hadn't now, I should point you all to his stuff.
I started reading Life as a Loser I think 5 or so years ago, back when I was afforded the time to be young and be sad, as Ryan Adams would put it. These days I supposed I'm just too busy for melancholy. I don't have any groceries nor do I have a stroller with two kids carting the "sum of my existence" as Leitch might put it. But when I wanna remembers those days of passionate disenchanted melancholy I'll pop in some August & Everything After and read Life as a Loser.
But anyways, I'm really really really sad to see Leitch go. I'd give a toe or three to write like him.
