Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah
It's Christmas Eve. I'm at work, though I'm leaving at 2. April and I are then heading to Wal-Mart 'cause she needs conditioner & I need q-tips. Boy, I love q-tips. Then we've got dinner at the Mehne's. Should be a good time. I need to talk to Mrs. Mehne 'bout her deaconesse candidacy.
I was pulling for a gamecube for Christmas. Rumor has it my wife talked my sisters out of getting it for me. Says'she had to choose between ruining Christmas and ruining our marriage. Me, I would have rolled the die, least see how things turned out.
Saturday night I've got a LAN party at Garett's. I never get to game anymore, which is good and all. You know, married life & responsibility. I think I rocked April's birthday to a level henceforth unknown to be rockable that she's more than ok with me going. I think I might do an artifcle about the LAN for The Pulse.
And for all my Jewish friends out there, another Jewish friend of mine sent me this link. It's both funny, and scary. I'd love to know if the people who ran the site actually were Jewish, it'd make me less worried that it was anti-semetic. Everyone's got the right to make fun of themselves, right? And of course, that site is also makin' fun of we goy's at least half the time anyway.

Dude, when and where is the LAN party? I'll be rolling into town on Saturday night, and it would be kickass to drive 10 hours and then spend all night gaming.

They're Jewish. Trust me, this is classic Jewish self-mockery, with a bit of a hipster edge. I grew up with this stuff.
