More iTunes oddness
First off: I can give no explanation for why the following artists are on my computer. I do not own any of their albums, nor can I conceive of any possible reason why I might download their songs.
The only explanation is that somehow I got them when I was ganking a buncha techno off my buddy Chris' computer the last time I was in Cali, and somehow they were in the directory with all his techno. Yes. I listen to Techno. It's good programming music.
So here's the weirdness: I can distinguish little or no difference whatsoever between the big concert praise bands like Sonic Flood or any of the others off "I Could Sing of Your Love Forever" praise CD, from any Savage Garden song. Heck, it could be the same lead vocalists. Lyrically, with the exception of the lead singer occasionally yelling "Everybody shout Jesus!!!", there's nothing different in content. There's certainly nothing different in style.
On a side note, Mandy by Barry Manilow is the king of geek love/angst songs. I'm glad I didn't find it my senior year of highschool.
