I Come Bearing Gifts

Today I've got some goodies for y'all.

Checkit "Finch" a band who's lead singer grew up with Jeff & Faith Orr. Here's a video of their song "What it is to burn." It's like, emo meets hardcore, and it's oh so cheesy, but oh so catchy. Warning, it's a rather large file so it'll take awhile to download, about 5-10 minutes on broadband.

From the humor files I give you "bouncing bear." This is entertainment for hours.

I think I've mentioned April & I are thinking about headin' to Korea next fall, one of the many reason's why being this. Korean community rules.

Then, are you annoyed by those frustrating pagan's phone numbers in your phone book? Don't you just wish it was like your church directory, with only fellow Christian's numbers in there? Are you sick and tired of not knowing which businesses are Christian businesses because people wont get on the bandwagon and display their little "fish" logos where everyone can see them? Well, have no fear. The "Original Christian Yellow Pages" is here!

When I did media buying, a couple of reps from the Christian YP showed up unannounced, walked into my office, took a business card and then introduced theirselves. Very uncool.

No knock, nothing. Then tried to explain what they were about.. Saying it's my duty to be in their page. I promptly asked them to leave.

Ummmm Josiah, the bear thing is disturbing and not funny. Am I over reacting.

It is a little disturbing, but I suppose I should tell everyone that the bear was completely alright and wasn't harmed in anyway.

I think that's the first time I've ever felt sorry for a bear.

Dude. When are you going to Korea?; How Long?; Why?

btw, the Korean community does rodk. I worked at a seminary for a year and a half and 2/3 of the seminarians were Korean. They were awesome, and as an added bonus there was always extra homemade Kim Chee
