Nudity Update

As Matt reported, and from my communication with certain admin officials, Covenant made its residence life policy concerning nudity in the hall commons areas compliant with state law. This is because according to an agreement between Student Senate and Student Development, the commons areas on halls are officially "public areas."

To return back to the previous situation where nudity on commons areas was not a punishable offense, Student Senate would have to pass an proposition changing the commons areas from public to private. This would in no way change the commons areas functionally, in terms of open & closed dorms.

My hope is that they get on this and make it happen asap. According to some senate folk I ran into last Saturday, they're definately hoping to make this happen.
