When will it ever end?
Spiderman, X-Men, The Hulk, The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. And now The Transformers. Yes, The Transformers. It's as if my elementary school days (well, afternoons, evenings, and weekends while I was in elementary school) are being dredged up from the wistful netherworld of fond memories and being hurled upon the big-screen.
So far many of the films have been decent. Let's pray, oh let's pray, that this one will be too.

Hi, Josiah. I'm your wife's friend Alison's husband (I hope that makes sense to you). Just dropped in to check out your blog. There's also an "Iron Man" movie in the works by New Line Cinema--hope they don't screw that one up. I always had dreams of making a film about that myself. Ciao! P.S.--happy belated birthday.

Ron,
Thanks so much for dropping by. April's told me tons about Alison.
Man, an Iron Man movie. Unbelievable. I was never much into Iron Man, other than a few crossovers he did in the Spider-Man comics. Still, it's amazing how many movies Marvel is kickin' out. They're rollin' in the bucks now.

Man, I worship The Transformers. That, and GI Joe. I get chills just thinking of the cartoon, the comic book and the action figures. That was a great franchise. You know, the new movie is supposed to be live-action. I wonder how they'll put that off?

I think it's gonna be mad amounts of CGI.
One thing I can be happy about, is that they'll never make a lego movie!

Marvel's also got a Punisher movie on the way, and a Fantastic Four film, too. George Clooney is rumored to be playing Reed "Mr. Fantastic" Richards.

Oh my, an stretching flexy gumby style George Clooney. Unbelievable.
I wonder who they'll have playing The Thing, or whatever that massive brick guy is called.

"At the end of his life, I'm sure Orson Welles had his regrets. Perhaps one of them was providing the voice for Unicron in 'The Transformers: The Motion Picture.' Perhaps not."

Mesh Mesh Mesh.
The transformers is a beautiful, beautiful thing. You should read up on the backstory, it's kinda cool.

I just can't imagine a live-action transformers movie...then again, it may be more than meets the eye.

And representing the ladies out there, Wonder Woman is supposed to hit the big screen, too.
